1, All of our raw material are purchased from China quality professional mould steel factory. It should be forged and pre-heat treatment, ensures the Carbide grade level, and the chemical components should fit our high requirement. For raw material grade, we normal use Cr12,D3 and Cr12Mov,D2,SKD11.

2, The heat treatment is very important for the roll using life cycle. We must treat with it seriously. The professional heat treat report for your roll should be provided by our professional heat treatment department. It will show you the whole heat treatment process of your quality roll product.

3, Finish machining will be machined by high quality Oblique guide rail lathe, which were imported from Korea DOOSAN, the tolerance can be 0.01mm. We reach the tolerance level from Euro standard roll supplier.
