Machine Parameters And Processes:

walking beam move the pipe from loading to the roller way position.
roller way motor drive the pipe towards to the stop block
walking beam move the pipe to the threading position(L)
threading head close and move to thread process
threading head open and move back
walking beam move the pipe to the threading position(R)
threading head close and move to thread process
threading head open and move back
walking beam move the pipe to the pipe discharge position
2. All the movement should be automatically controlled by PLC unit.
3. It has manual operation and automatic operation. It will has 1 switch to choose.
This equipment is Auto Pipe Threading Machine, which is special used for making the threads at the 2 portion of the steel pipe.
It can make the threads with NPT and BSPT standard to fit your pipe couplings very well.
